Job Title: Assistant Lodge Manager | Duty Manager | Guest Relations Manager

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
3–5 years’ experience in a 5-star establishment as an Assistant Lodge Manager, Duty Manager, or Guest Relations Manager
Valid driver’s license
Key Competencies:
Drive and continually improve overall guest satisfaction, including the management of special requests and personalised experiences.
Track and analyse guest feedback and ratings across platforms such as GuestRevu and TripAdvisor.
Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge service operations and team performance.
Consistently maintain and enhance the lodge’s service standards.
Assume full operational oversight and leadership of the lodge team in the Lodge Manager’s absence.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless and high-quality guest service delivery.
Plan and deliver focused training initiatives to strengthen both technical and soft skills, in collaboration with the Lodge Manager.
Meet and exceed quality improvement objectives as defined by management.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and service standards for lodge operations.
Oversee cash handling processes to ensure variances remain within acceptable limits.
Manage stock control processes effectively to ensure accuracy and availability.
Identify, recommend, and implement cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality.
Ensure lodge equipment is well maintained through proactive and preventative maintenance practices.
Take full accountability for the overall performance and smooth operation of the lodge in the absence of the Lodge Manager.
