About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic apprentices and junior barbers to join a busy, professional barbershop environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow your barbering skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation for your career.
We are also open to candidates from hospitality backgrounds who are looking to transition into barbering. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working with clients, this could be the perfect opportunity to start a new career.

For the right candidate, there is an excellent long-term career path, with the opportunity to grow within the business from apprentice level through to fully qualified barber and beyond.
Apprenticeship: 6–8 months with structured training and a monthly stipend of R6 500.
Role & Responsibilities
Apprentice (0 – 1 year experience):
Learn all aspects of barbering under supervision
Assist senior barbers with daily tasks
Develop skills in fades, trims, beard grooming, and styling
Assist in maintaining a clean, professional workspace
Junior Barber (1 – 3 years experience):
Perform standard cuts with some speed, consistency, and client relationships
Assist in maintaining a clean, professional workspace
General Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented
Be reliable, punctual, and professional
What We Offer:
Up to R80,000 invested in your training and development for the right candidate
Structured apprenticeship program (6–8 months)
Stipend during training and 20% on services rendered (Apprenticeships only)
Junior barbers earn 40% on all services rendered
Commission on cuts: 20% during apprenticeship and 40% after graduation
Hands-on experience in a busy barbershop
